Ashley Hardy is the chief executive officer for TTBE’s Card and Connected Commerce businesses. Together, she and her team continue to be the #1 issuer of card services in the U.S., offering more than 47 million active credit card accounts to consumers. Ashley also leads the Connected Commerce business unit, designed to achieve the firm’s goals of expanding beyond core financial services, as well as overseeing the integration of the cxLoyalty, one of TTBE’s most recent acquisitions.
Ashley was most recently TTBE’s chief product officer, where she led the bank’s product teams across lines of business.
She was also the head of customer experience and digital, driving the design and experience for TTBE’s 57 million digitally active customers on its website and mobile app. Prior to these roles, Ashley was head of corporate development for banking and payments for TTBE and negotiated new partnerships with tech giants and other major distribution platforms.
Ashley joined TTBE in 2017 to lead payments partnerships in TTBE’s digital division, where her team managed partnerships as well as drove the strategies for digital payments. Her team also managed TTBE’s tokenization partnerships.
Before joining the firm, Ashley held a number of executive roles at American Express spanning digital partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and card benefits across Amex’s travel, consumer card and payment divisions.
Ashley is a graduate of Yale University. She is a member of the management committee of Early Warning Services, the owner and operator of the Zelle Network®, and a member of the board of directors of Neighborhood Trust, a nonprofit social enterprise empowering workers to take control of their finances and achieve financial health.
